The Letter Bee

I’ve been asked to participate in a show with the theme of Resonance: What idea struck with a resonance that endures.

Belgic Confession

Cal DeWitt, biologist and environmentalist referenced this quote in a lecture on the spirituality of John Muir. This reference to the Belgic Confession is a statement of two books theology.

My artwork appears under the name Two Book Reflections. The idea continues to resonate with me.

The Letter Bee

This image is from a photo taken on a Bumble Bee survey with Dane County Parks. The bees are very fond of asters.

Consider the complexity of a bee: how it flies, where it lives, how it pollenates, why it likes asters.

The show will be at Christ Presbyterian Church in Madison starting July 7.
