I’m trying the same image in carving and painting.
Since people ask how many hours it takes, so I am tracking this one
It is a work in progress. I need a smaller brush to finish the beak and eyes. I’m painting while working at at River City Gallery.
We met this heron in June while visiting Hudson, WI.
The bird flew in and posed nicely.
